Berks Online Learning Office Hours: Monday – Friday 8 am – 4 pm

This gives the online teacher an opportunity to check your grade and review your work to make sure that you understand the material and are ready to take to assessment.

Teacher’s are alerted to assessments that need to be released but students may also send their teacher an email requesting that the assessment be released. After the teacher has reviewed your work, the assessment will be released. This should take no more than 24 hours, except over the weekend.

Students may also send Marcelle or Jill an email requesting the assessment be released. We will try to assist you.

Releasing of the assessments is for the benefit of students. This prevents students from progressing if they have failing grades and do not understand the material. The online teacher will direct students on how best to review and relearn the material so they are better prepared to take the assessments.
